Our Mission

Our mission is clear: To empower the future of skilled tradespeople. We achieve this by enticing new tradespeople into the industry, providing them with the necessary support for training and development, and fostering connections with employers. Through our Innovation Centers, mentorship programs, and sustainability initiatives, we aim to inspire and develop the next generation of trades professionals.

Our Vision

Our vision is to construct a Path of Opportunity for every individual to have access to the resources needed for success. We want to inspire young people from all different backgrounds to enter and flourish in the trades. By doing so, we seek to build vibrant economies, strengthen communities, and create a more sustainable environment.
